PRANVERA BASHLI

Vera, the founder of VB Studio, is an outstanding hairstylist with over 20 years of professional experience. Born and raised in Albania, where she began her hair journey, Vera found her way to New York 17 years ago, and has been working in the NYC hair industry ever since. She is a perfectionist, who makes it her goal to ensure that you are thrilled with your look. Vera is specialized in coloring and highlight application techniques, haircuts and styling. As a master stylist and colorist, Vera has performed her talent in several photoshoots for fitness models,  such as Mrs. World Alice Lee Giannetta, Alicia Gowans WBFF PRO—Fitness and Lifestyle coaching, Stephanie Ayala, Pip Jansson. SAMANTHA MARTINEZ

Samantha is the fun and energetic spirit of VB Studio. Being a stylist has always been a part of her, so she gave it a chance and built a career on it.  She’s now been in the industry for a little over 10 years, and has created an unbreakable passion. She attended Empire Beauty School, where she trained further, and became more diverse and learned about different hair textures and style. She began styling and cutting, relaxing hair and dealing with chemical service. She’s been working  in New York City for 7 years and she is now expertised in coloring, balayage, extensions, haircuts and  styling. 

“I’m building in VB Studio and I already know what my next chapter is. This business allows me to be as creative as I want to be, and builds a beautiful relationship with the clients and staff. I’ve learned so much already, and there’s still much more to learn. Learned that in this business, there really is no ‘I’ in team. STEVEN BALDONI

Steven Baldoni joined VB Studio with 17 years of experience in the hair industry. He started his career in Paris at the age of 14, after which he found his way to New York at the age of 19, where he immediately started building his loyal clientele. In 2017 he moved back to Paris, this time to work for Balmain hair salon, where he improved many of his skills by working with celebrity clients such as Natalia Vodianova, and many famous models and well known bloggers from around the world, such as Cindy Bruna, Izabel Goulard. He decided to move back to New York City in 2019, to bring all he had learned in Paris, and to come back to the city he loves. Steven is specialized in foiling, balayage and haircuts.

OSHER YOSEF

Osher Yosef has been a colorist and stylist at VB Studio for the past 3 years. He joined our team with over 8 years of experience in the hair  industry. Osher specializes in unique highlighting techniques, such as balayage and "babylights". He is trained and certified in multiple color systems and enjoys using his knowledge to create exactly what his clients are envisioning when they sit in his chair. Osher enjoys working with his clients to create unique looks that they feel great in. He attends numerous continuing-ed classes each year so as to always be knowledgeable of the best and healthiest techniques to use. 

 

 

RAFAELA ISLAMI

Rafaela has been on the beauty industry for over 10 years now. She initially started her career in Greece at the age of 17, after which she found her way to New York. It has always been her dream to be a successful colorist in New York City, and now she is making her dreams come true. What she enjoys the most is making people look and feel good about themselves. Rafaela specializes in coloring and highlight application techniques, haircuts and styling. She attends regular training classes to keep up with the latest trends and to be knowledgeable of the best techniques to use. She loves her job because she gets to make every client that sits in her chair feel great about their looks, and helps them achieve the look that they desire.
